Please note; NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on sale/discounted items so please purchase carefully & refer to our size guides.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 10-days Return & Exchange Policy:
Items may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. WE DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind. However you will be given a store credit which is valid for 12 months.
Once exchange is approved please email your tracking number within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in exchange being cancelled.
- All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
- Any approved return will be processed as store credit for the amount actually paid, not the original full price.
- The original discount applied to the order will not be reissued or honoured on future purchases. Discount codes are a one-time use only and will not be reactivated or replaced.
- UNDRGROUND is not responsible for any price changes that may occur after your original purchase.
- If you choose to repurchase the same item, it will be at the current listed price at the time of checkout.
- Returns do not lock in previous pricing - all new orders are subject to current pricing.
PLEASE NOTE; Store credit cannot be used during sale periods. Any orders placed using a store credit will be cancelled and store credit will be reissued.
- If a product is faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% return/exchange.
- For returns and exchanges please go to the 'Return Portal' on our website. Please note we have a one-time Exchange Policy per customer so please choose sizing carefully with the help of our size charts.
- Timing: we have a 10-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be faulty/damaged, we DO NOT offer a refund for change of mind.
- Please note, we DO NOT offer exchanges or refund on sale/final mark down items
- All items must be unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- UNDRGROUND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN AND SHIPPING COSTS. Return postage is to be paid by customer, the customer will be issued a store credit for the repurchase of an item that equals original item amount
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved for an unworn, FAULTY item then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
- We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our requirements and will be sent back to the customer.

General processing time for refunds or exchanges is 1-2 Business Days.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above exchange conditions in our sole discretion.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be given a store credit upon arrival of your product for re purchase.
