SHIPPING
UNDRGROUND ships across Australia and internationally. Australian orders over $110 receive free express shipping. Local deliveries generally arrive within 1–3 business days, while international shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination.
PAYMENTS
Customers can pay securely using major credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. ZipPay and Afterpay are also available as buy-now-pay-later options.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
UNDRGROUND offers a 10-day return and exchange window. Change-of-mind purchases are not refunded but can be issued as store credit, subject to their returns conditions. Sale and discounted items have additional restrictions.
